KITCHEN AND DINING AREA
This kitchen space has everything you need for your stay. Centred around a kitchen island offering plenty of service space, this kitchen features a gas hob, multiple ovens, a dishwasher and a large American style fridge freezer. Down a step to a lowered area, you will find a dining table seating up to 8 guests.

UTILITY ROOM
From the kitchen, you have access to a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

GARDEN
This property has access to a large wooden decking area with outdoor seating. From here you can walk down the steps to a large garden.

FIRST FLOOR
On the first floor you will find three bedrooms and two bathrooms (one en-suite)

MASTER BEDROOM
The master bedroom includes a super king sized bed and fitted wardrobes. This bedroom overlooks the street and has a large window letting in lots of natural light.

BEDROOM TWO
This bedroom is fitted with a double bed, wardrobes and bookshelf.

BEDROOM THREE with en-suite
This bedroom is fitted with a single bed and fitted wardrobes. This bedroom has access to an en-suite bathroom with a single washbasin and shower.

FIRST FAMILY BATHROOM
This shared family bathroom features a combined bath and shower.

SECOND FLOOR
On the second floor you will find two bedrooms and a further family bathroom.

BEDROOM FOUR
On the top floor, you will find the fourth bedroom fitted with a single bed and wardrobe.

FIFTH BEDROOM
Located on the top floor this bedroom features a single bed and a chest of drawers.

SECOND FAMILY BATHROOM
This bathroom features a bath and single washbasin.

PARKING
This property has off street parking as well as free parking along the street for extra cars.

House Rules:

No smoking, pets and parties!
The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
Veeve reserves the right to refuse a booking if it thinks the property will be used for a party

Home truths:

No smoking or parties! Please note that the host has a dog and two cats. Whilst they will not be present during your stay, this property may not be suitable for guests with allergies. During the summer months a gardener will visit every 2-3 weeks and access via the home will be required. There are 5 bedrooms and beds for 7 guests, with space for a temporary airbed to be added to accommodate an 8th guest. Please note - for stays in Summer 2019, there is one day where the homeowner needs access to accommodate a short, prearranged appointment. Ask our team for further details when booking.
