About the apartment:


This beautiful 150sqm apartment, in a classic Haussmanian building is your perfect home away from home during your visit to Paris. With beautiful wood flooring and large French windows throughout, you are sure to feel comfortable and cozy in this flat.


 


Upon entering, you are greeted with a grand entryway. From here you have access to the living room with high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows. There are two small balconies off of the living room for you to enjoy the sights and sounds of Parisian life below. The living room has two comfortable sofas and a coffee table, as well as a decorative fireplace and a flat screen television with cable. One of the sofas can be converted into a bed to sleep a 7th guest if necessary. The apartment also has a free Wi-Fi Internet connection.


 


The large and luxurious Master bedroom is also situated off of the entryway. Here you have a queen size bed with a comfortable mattress. The bedroom looks on to the inside courtyard so you are sure to have a quiet night’s sleep. The bedroom also has a large desk for those who need to do a little work during their stay in Paris. There is a dresser and shelving units for you to store your personal items during your stay. The Master bedroom also has a private en-suite bathroom with a stand up shower. There is a separate water closet off of the entryway with a toilet and hand sink.


 


The other two bedrooms are accessible off of the living room. The second bedroom has a large double bed with two night tables, a dresser and closet. The third bedroom contains two single beds and night tables, as well as plenty of shelving and storage space so that you can unpack your belongings and feel at ease. Both bedrooms look on to the street and have large windows where you can step outside and admire the city lights. All bedding, sheets and pillows are provided and you will find the beds neatly made on arrival.


 


The second bathroom is accessible from the entryway and has a combination bathtub/shower, toilet, double sink and hairdryer. Complementary toilet rolls, shampoos, shower gels and hand soap will be provided to start off your stay. Luxurious bath towels are provided for 4 people.


 


Through the back hallway you will find a large fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities of home. There is a washing machine and clothes dryer, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer, teakettle and coffee maker. All pots, pans, crockery and utensils are provided so that you can prepare meals in the comfort of your own home and benefit from the fresh produce sold at the nearby markets. There is a breakfast table with 6 chairs where you can enjoy a morning croissant or pain au chocolat from the boulangerie located directly across the street. Just off of the kitchen you will find the elegant dining room with a large table to enjoy your homemade meals.


 


The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning but we will be happy to provide you with fans for your stay should warm temperatures be in the Paris weather forecast. A member of our Welcoming Team will meet you upon arrival, give you the keys and entry codes, a tour of the apartment and its appliances, help you to connect to the Wi-Fi and more. You’ll have access to a personal guidebook with suggestions on where to eat and shop in Paris as well as things to do in Saint Germain des Pres.


 


About the 6th Arrondissement location:


Located on vibrant shopping street of Rue de Rennes in the Saint Germain area, near Montparnasse and the beautiful Saint Sulpice Church, this flat could not have a better location. This famous Left Bank neighbourhood, known as the “Rive Gauche” to Parisians, has been a long time-favourite of intellectuals and artists. It boasts a huge array of restaurants, bistros, cafés, ice cream parlours, florists, artisan chocolatiers, art galleries and much more! Be sure to make a stop at Le Bon Marché during your stay in the 6th Arrondissement.


 


Within walking distance of the apartment are the must-see Luxembourg Gardens, perfect for a morning jog, afternoon picnic or sunset stroll. The River Seine is also within walking distance so you can go to the Louvre or Notre Dame easily on foot. You will also enjoy going for a Seine River Cruise. The Latin Quarter is a stone’s throw away with sights such as La Sorbonne and the Pantheon. Walk over to Le Marais district for shopping and dining on Sunday while the rest of the city is at rest.


 


With its close proximity to two Paris Metro stations, Saint Sulpice (Line 4) and Rennes (Line 12), accessing other areas of the capital is extremely easy. Just hop on the Metro to reach the Eiffel Towel, Champs Elysees and the Arc de Triomphe, Montmartre and the Sacre Coeur and more! The Métro also gives an easy link to the RER B train that takes you directly to Charles de Gaulle and Orly Airports. With the RER C train, you can travel to the Château de Versailles, and with the RER A, to Disneyland Paris.

- Minimum Stay is 5-6 nights, with shorter stays accepted if the booking fits our calendar


- Check-in starts from 3:00PM. Late check-in fees apply after 7:00PM.


- Check-out is by 10:00AM.


- Final cleaning fee: 150 €


- Damage Deposit. 400€


- Smoking. All of our apartments are non-smoking.


- Pets. Unfortunately furry friends are not allowed in any of our homes.


- Parties. The apartment is not suitable for parties and the maximum number of guests should not exceed 7 people.


- Minimum age of renter. The renter must be 27 years of age or older. Unaccompanied minors are not allowed.
